Orders for fresh flowers and arrangements are time-sensitive and prepared specifically for you. Therefore, we operate a strict NO CANCELLATION policy once an order has been confirmed and placed.

Exception: If you contact us immediately after placing an order (within a maximum of 30 minutes), we may, at our sole discretion and if preparation has not begun, attempt to cancel it. This is not guaranteed.

2. Return & Refund Policy
We offer a limited return policy based on the condition of the delivered product.
A. Eligibility for Return/Refund:
We accept requests for returns and refunds only under the following specific conditions, which must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt:

C. Return Process:

Assessment: Our team will assess the claim and, if eligible, provide instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping: For eligible returns, we will arrange and cover the cost of the return shipment. Please do not ship the product back without our explicit instruction.

Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the claim. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been used, tampered with, or is not in its original packaging.
3. Refund Process

To comply with international trade laws, we cannot accept orders or payments from customers with billing addresses in the following countries: Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, Russian Federation, Yemen, and Myanmar. These countries have been removed from our checkout options.
